MAX +1,5 lounge chair
The question of how to deal with the waste we create throughout our lives occupies our minds
more and more. The “+1,5” series uses discarded particle boards from furniture waste to
create a true chameleon of a furnishing: it morphs from a lounge chair to a regular chair or children’s
chair, a coffee table, a simple sofa or a chaiselongue – a design for different stages in
life, our children, our elders and ourselves. The base structure consists of regionally sourced
wood, while the seating surface, back and armrests are made from recycled furniture waste.
The lounge chair "MAX 1,5°" was awarded a special mention by the Salone Satellite Award 2022 and selected in the long list of the dezeen award!
